50 shades of grey ... give or take a few ...

Hurrah ... it's Tuesday ... the one day of the week when I transform into a glamorous fashionista ... NOT.

Jane's prompt for this week is ? on ?.

In other words let your imagination go wild ... but be excessive in whatever you choose.  For example bling on bling, pattern on pattern, etc on etc.

Jane got her inspiration from the summer weather they are currently enjoying and did flowers on flowers ... and perhaps I have done the exact same thing ... without really realising it.

Today I give you grey on grey.

I am wearing a grey drapey cardigan bought several years ago from a shop that was closing down.  It's cashmere and therefore rather fancy.  I got it cheap ... I can't remember how cheap ... but definitely cheap.

I have teamed it ... see how fashionistary I sound ... with a grey wool scarf that I picked up last weekend.  It came courtesy of a gift voucher from my Mother-in-law ... which for reasons I can't explain I have been hoarding since Christmas.

I wore this yesterday ... and to be honest I didn't really consider Shiny T Tuesday when I put it on.  It wasn't until I got in the car and immediately camouflaged into the grey upholstery that I realised I had the perfect ? on ? fashion.

And in a final bid to prove my supermodelly worth ... I give you some glamorous poses by the grey fridge ... doesn't everybody pose like this by their fridge???

I am completely normal ... promise!!

  1. I love grey. And I wore a scarf too. I especially love the pose in front of the fridge. If only all moments in the kitchen could be that glamorous.

  4. Oh the glamour of the fridge photo shoot! You know I rarely wear grey (too school uniform-y for me, I think) but it always looks so elegant on other people. Beautiful cardigan. xxx
