Inside my sketchbook … the inaugural issue ...

The lovely Jane over at Flight Platform Living has started up a new linky party.

Entitled "Sketches, Scribbles and Stuff" … it's intention is to motivate us into opening up our sketch books and doing something.  Then ... if we aren't totally embarrassed by what we created … we can share it.

Well that sounds like loads of fun to me.  I love drawing.  I always have.  For as long as I can remember I have spent my spare time drawing.  Not terribly well … but it's the thought that counts … right??

These days I don't seem to find the time … or the inclination to pick up a pencil … so I'm hoping this new linky will give me the kick up the bum I so desperately need.

BUT … this week I STILL haven't got around to creating anything new … SO … I'm cheating and using a few I prepared earlier.

I like to refer to this period as my "Catism" movement.  I was heavily influenced by the feline form.
It was quite revolutionary.
