After all … I'm sure it was only about 6 months ago that he started kindergarten … looking like this.
Then last night he insisted on attending his Year 10 School Formal … looking like this.
Did I fall into a coma or something and miss the last 10 years?
It's good to know that some things never change.
He still loves his Mum.
I'm with you, I think I have been in a coma at times! Isn't he the cutest Kindergartner! just adorable and grown to a handsome young man, you haven't changed a bit! you are always fabulous! right I'm off to get a tissue, I'm an emotional 'they grow too quick' mess!! blinking hormones!! x x x

I feel exactly the same, like life is speeding along with someone holding down the fast forward button! Amazing the transformation from cute kindergartener to handsome young man and I agree - you look young and fab in both pics!

He's a heartbreaker!
ReplyDeleteI asked my 10 year old son if I could still cuddle him when he's 30; he said yes, which is good, but then said "but will you still be alive, Mum? You'd be 80." Err, not quite, you cheeky boy! Maths isn't his strong suit...
They grow so fast but if they carry on loving their mums, it's OK! xxxxx
Ha … you can always depend on your kids for a little dose of harsh reality … and some bad maths ;0)

I love the last photo, and of course he still loves you, and he will forever because that is what our lads just have to do or there will be big trouble with the mummas!!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely … I forbid him to not love me ;0)
