Tickled P!NK ...

Well ... what an action packed couple of days we've been enjoying in our neck of the woods.

Yesterday Hubby and I left the boys in the care of Nanna and headed down the freeway to Sydney.

We travelled over the Harbour Bridge ...

and into the city.

Once there we booked into a hotel with spectacular views ...

... well if you like buildings that is!

This sight was a little more attractive.

We had dinner at Darling Harbour ... the boat show was on ... but we did not buy a boat ... we had more important things to do.

Like enjoy a couple of cocktails.

Then we made our way to the Sydney Entertainment Centre for a special event.

She was AMAZING!

Hubby gave me tickets for my birthday ... tickets for the mosh pit ... or cesspool, as I like to call it.  I would like to point out that I am WAY too old for the mosh pit ... and I hereby solemnly declare that to be my final mosh pit experience ... for ever and ever ... amen!

This morning we went to bills for breakfast ... Hubby's favourite celebrity chef.

Then we rolled our overindulged, calorie laden selves home ... via the Harbour Tunnel ... cause we like a little variety.

  1. Live music, great food, cocktails, amazing views, a cool hotel - and NO KIDS. The perfect trip? I think so! xxx

    1. It was very central to the action ... so I guess the price you pay is to be surrounded by buildings. My feet were very thankful at the end of the evening that they didn't have far to walk home :0)
